Who we are
Marcos Vet Pharmacy ("we", "us") is a veterinary pharmacy located at 374 Lakeshore Rd E, Mississauga, ON L5G 1H5, serving Mississauga and the surrounding areas. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and your choices — in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Ontario law.
What we collect through this website
- Form submissions: your name, contact details (phone and/or email), your pet's type, and the details of your request. We use these solely to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and — with your consent — contact your veterinarian and/or current pharmacy to obtain or confirm a prescription.
- Phone calls: our phone numbers use call tracking (CallRail). Calls may be recorded for quality and accuracy; you will hear a notice where recording applies.
- Advertising measurement: if you arrive from an online ad, an ad-click identifier (e.g. Google's gclid) and campaign labels are stored in your browser for up to 30 days and attached to your inquiry, so we know our advertising works. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion measurement; these set cookies.
Where your information lives
Form submissions are delivered to a secure spreadsheet accessible only to the pharmacy team. Call data is held in our call-tracking account. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
What we do NOT do on this website
No medications are sold and no prescriptions are accepted or transferred through this website. Submitting a form is a request only; dispensing happens solely through the pharmacy against a valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian.
Retention
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to serve you and meet our professional record-keeping obligations, then delete them.
Your choices and rights
- You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- You may withdraw consent at any time (this may limit our ability to process a pending request).
- You can clear the advertising identifiers at any time by clearing your browser storage/cookies.
